Is it only a passport for a handsome packaged job??

I would like to go against the topic that “Management education only
Gives a good career…”.
First I would like to say what is management!!
Management is the art and science of getting things done effectively and efficiently…
MBA not only gives relevance to career but also triggers many unhidden qualities of a student…Most specifically leadership..
It teaches how to lead , how to work in a team ,how to manage people so that u can get maximum output, how to take the right decision at right time, how to influence the people.. It teaches how to lead a positive life style , how to grooms personality..
MBA is far beyond learning just facts and analytical tools..

For successfully handling any complexity in Business an MBA is needed…
Leadership Abilities: leadership is very important because not many people realize that they can indulge into leadership. If I ask all of you that “Are you a leader??”.Most of the people will have no as an answer;because they have never tried being a leader or got a chance.
